The Quelfire QWW Intuwrap is a CE Marked fire-stopping wrap designed for sealing plastic pipe penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. Manufactured with high-performance graphite-based intumescent material inside a robust polythene sleeve, the Intuwrap expands rapidly when exposed to heat, crushing and sealing the softened pipe to prevent the spread of fire and smoke between compartments.
Designed for PVC, PVC-U, PE, HDPE, MDPE, and PP pipes ranging from 32mm to 160mm, each wrap features a self-adhesive tab for quick, secure fitting without mechanical fixings. The product can be easily retrofitted and is suitable for internal and external applications due to its Type X Durability, meaning performance is unaffected by weathering.
