3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are stated in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order acknowledgment. This does not constitute acceptance of the order until payment is received in full and goods are dispatched.

  • 3a. Pricing & Errors
    We make every effort to ensure that all prices and product information displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

    We are under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders even after payment has been received. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full as soon as possible.

    If the correct price is higher than the price displayed at the time of ordering, we will give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or to cancel your order.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and all major credit/debit cards)

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been agreed.

5. Credit Accounts (Trade Customers)

  • Credit accounts may be offered at the discretion of FirePro Plus Ltd.

  • Where a credit account is granted, payment terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • FirePro Plus Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend credit facilities at any time.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Delivery

  • Standard delivery is £30.00. Orders over £250.00 qualify for FREE delivery (UK Mainland only).

  • Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days subject to stock availability.

  • Premium delivery options (economy, overnight, or before 10am) are available on request. Please call 0118 973 1615 for more details.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; FirePro Plus Ltd cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control.

7. Risk & Ownership

  • Goods remain the property of FirePro Plus Ltd until paid for in full.

  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

  • Goods may only be returned with prior authorisation.

  • Returns must be in their original packaging and condition. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Bespoke, made-to-order, or non-standard items are non-returnable unless faulty.

9. Warranty & Liability

  • Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty; details are available on request.

  • FirePro Plus Ltd accepts no liability for consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, and product descriptions, remain the property of FirePro Plus Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
