A vermiculite-treated glass cloth designed to protect against molten metal splash, sparks and radiant heat during welding and other hot-work. The mineral-based coating melds under intense heat to form a protective barrier. The cloth will hold molten metal at temperatures up to 1000°C long enough for it to cool and solidify. Supplied in golden-beige, 1000mm wide rolls of 25m as standard.
