The FirePro Plus Neoprene Welding Screen is a medium-duty protective fabric designed for welding, grinding, and cutting operations. Manufactured from a fibreglass base cloth fully coated with flame-retardant black neoprene, it provides protection against sparks, light spatter, and glare.
The screen is non-combustible, non-flammable, and resistant to oils, solvents, oxidation, and abrasion, making it highly durable in demanding environments. With a 1-hour fire rating (BS EN 476-8) and compliance to NT Fire 005 (ISO 834) Class F60, it offers tested fire resistance and safety.
Neoprene’s matt black finish eliminates glare, while its flexible nature makes it suitable for use as:
-
Welding and grinding screens
-
Cutting and smoke curtains
-
Laser curtains
-
Acoustic barriers (double thickness reduces sound by up to 10dB)
For best performance, the screen must be used at an angle to allow weld spatter run-off.
