The FIREFLY® Apollo Horizontal 30:30 is a high-performance, lightweight fire barrier, purpose-built for horizontal installation in concealed ceiling and floor voids. Delivering 30 minutes of Integrity and 30 minutes of Insulation, it fully complies with the UK Building Regulations (Approved Document B) and is certified under IFCC Scheme 1531.
Manufactured using multiple layers of treated woven and nonwoven glass fibres, aluminium foil, and a proprietary fire-resistant coating, this non-rigid barrier system is tested to BS 476 Part 22:1987 and achieves additional compliance to BS 476 Parts 6 & 7 for flame propagation and surface spread.
