Single-Layer Firestop Batt Wall with 90 Minutes Integrity & 60 Minutes Insulation
The FIREFLY® FB180 Ablative Batt Wall System – 60mm is a high-performance, non-load-bearing fire protection solution designed for compartmentation in lofts, roof voids, and restricted-access zones. Built from 60mm thick mineral wool with an ablative coating on both sides, it provides 90 minutes of fire integrity and 60 minutes insulation when tested to BS EN 1364-1:2015 and BS EN 1366-3:2021.
Ideal for timber-framed or double-layer plasterboard constructions, the batt is friction-fitted between 90 x 38mm C16 softwood studs or joists without additional tracking. It's tested and certified for use with penetrations, including the FIREFLY® FR120 Access Panel, and works seamlessly with FIREFLY® flexible fire barriers.
