Protecta Pipe Wrap is a high-performance, intumescent firestop solution for sealing plastic pipe penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. Designed with a graphite-based swelling material, it expands rapidly under heat to fill voids left by melting plastic, effectively restoring the fire resistance of the construction.
Ideal for use with PVC, PE, PP, ABS, Alupex and other common pipe types—with or without cables—the wrap is suitable for both standard installations and large pipe bundles. It can be embedded directly in walls/floors or installed within Protecta FR Board systems for maximum flexibility.
