The FirePro Plus High Performance Silica Welding Blanket is engineered for use in the most demanding welding and cutting environments, offering continuous temperature resistance up to 1000°C and a melting point beyond 1700°C.
Manufactured from highly flexible silica fibres, this blanket provides superior drape-ability, excellent chemical resistance, and very good electrical insulation properties. Its flexibility makes it suitable for use as a stress relieving blanket, furnace curtain, or high-performance welding protection barrier.
Unlike some other high-heat fabrics, silica causes no skin irritation, ensuring safer handling and installation. Available as cut blankets or on a 50m × 0.9m roll, it is a versatile solution for extreme industrial heat protection.
