Quelfire QuelCoil Continuous Intuwrap – 25m Fire Wrap for Pipes | CE Marked

The Quelfire QuelCoil Continuous Intuwrap is a CE Marked, high-performance intumescent wrap designed to reinstate the fire resistance of walls where plastic pipes or metal pipes with combustible insulation pass through. Supplied in a 25m coil, this wrap can be easily cut to size on-site, offering a flexible and reliable firestopping solution.

Tested to BS EN 1366-3:2009 and classified to EN 13501-2:2007 + A1:2009, QuelCoil provides up to 2 hours (EI120) of fire resistance. The wrap expands under fire conditions to seal gaps left by melted plastics or combustibles, preventing the passage of fire, smoke, and gases.

Installation Guidance

• Clean the pipe and wall surface

• Wrap the correct number of layers flush with the wall face or Fire Batt

• Use tape (supplied) to hold in place

• Install on both sides of the wall or within double-layer batt

• Intumescent expands under heat to create an effective firestop
