The Quelfire MW Mineral Wool Shuttering Slab provides a reliable, easy-to-install fire-resistant solution for shuttering fire protection compounds. Specifically designed to be used in conjunction with Quelfire QF2 Fire Protection Compound, this non-combustible mineral wool batt enhances the fire resistance of floors and walls penetrated by services.
Tested in accordance with BS 476: Part 20:1987 and aligned with EN 1366-3:1993, the MW Slab ensures up to 4 hours of fire integrity when used correctly. It can be cut easily on-site, enabling a snug fit around services while remaining in place as a permanent fire-resistant shutter.
