A 96%-silica woven cloth laminated with aluminium foil on one face, combining the high-temperature resilience of silica with the radiant heat reflectivity of foil. The base fabric will withstand 1000°C unstressed, though the foil-laminating adhesive begins to degrade above 150°C, which governs the finished product’s maximum operating temperature. See the fire safety table in the downloadable data sheet for the full picture. Supplied in 920mm wide rolls of 50m as standard.
