The FIREFLY™ Collar Kit offers a complete, fire-rated sealing solution for service penetrations through non-rigid fire barrier systems. It includes one 10m roll of FIREFLY™ Collaroll and two tubes of FIREFLY™ High Temperature Adhesive (HTA), providing a tested and reliable system to maintain fire integrity.
The Collaroll is a flexible, woven fibreglass collar with a high-temperature finish, designed to seal around penetrations while preserving the fire barrier’s performance. Used in conjunction with the HTA compound, it forms a robust, non-combustible seal suitable for commercial, industrial, and residential environments.
HTA is a silica-based ceramic compound offering temperature resistance up to 1100°C. It cures at ambient temperature and is classified as non-combustible to BS 476 Part 4:1970, making it ideal for use with metal and low-absorbency materials.
